Quilt Exhibit at INAI

“Connecting the Threads” is currently showing at the INAI: A Place Apart gallery and continues through February 24, 2019. The exhibit is free and open to the public.

Many threads are connected when making a quilt. Our lives, too, are connected in many ways: through creative work, common projects, visual storytelling, family, friendship, and collaboration. This exhibit aims to connect both threads and those who create the quilts.

Quilters from Adrian, Tecumseh, Blissfield, Chelsea, and Jerome, Michigan, and Sylvania, Ohio, join with quilters from the Great Lakes African American Quilters Network to show their creative works.

Please also note that INAI has switched to winter hours, which are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.
